Ultimate Love: Rosie, Kachi’s Affairs in Comatose Before Wedding

THE winners of the Ultimate Love reality show Season 1, Rosemary ‘Rosie’ Afuwape and ‘Kachi’ Ucheagwu have allegedly parted ways. The couple’s affair gone comatosed before their traditional wedding to be bankrolled by Multichoice with the sum of N10 million. Can you still remember them?

Rosie and Kachi, being the first couple to win the show, were rewarded with the sum of N5m on March 29,  2019 as the show came to an end.

‘Rosie’ accused her engaged man, Kachi of ending the relationship saying he had started announcing to people that the wedding was off even before she approached MultiChoice.

“He has changed and that is why I took my stand based on such change,” she said.

She continued, “All I did was to help him make it official. He has shown me the way he loves me and I am grateful but I won’t and no longer would like to be treated in such a manner, let him go and treat whichever lady like that, more than that''

“Kachi has spoilt my name publicly, how can someone you love do that to you? And that is just out of many things I had to endure. I need a real man to love me genuinely, more than that is not just even about me but Jeremy. I cannot make my son go through half of what I have gone through, naaaa.

“In this life, I have been through a lot to continue going through what I went through would mean I don’t love myself or my son to give him someone that would be a great model to him and not one that is flippant at every slight provocation, behaving like a woman and wants to show me he is a man in a wrong way.

“It is out of respect I decline and step out for another to step in and be with him and give him all that he wants and more but as for me, naaa, Kachi is too good for me, I don’t deserve him, I pray he gets one that would dance to every one of his tunes, love, and demands.”

On his part, Kachi, took to Twitter to seek prayer after revealing that he is battling depression. “Please pray for me, I’ve been battling depression for a while…,” he announced. His Twitter handle still reads engaged to Rosie.

This unfortunate news has left the #RokNation wondering what the matter could be. Many are are advising them to mend fences and come together. But it's unfortunate that the issue is getting worse because of seemingly pride from the couple. No relationship or marriage is perfect. Understanding is the only way out.  From the excuses given on their Twitter handles  it's a common misunderstanding that can be resolved and should be resolved without much delay. Well meaning friends and family members are encouraged to rescue the relationship from total collapse.

Wishing them a speedy reconciliation.

The question still remains why do many celebrities relationships always crashed? Let's know your views on this important and reoccurring issue.

WTO:US Back Korean for Fear of China

Dr Okonjo-Iweala polled 163 votes out of 164 member countries on Wednesday, 28 October 2020 to edge out her only opponent,  South Korea’s trade minister at the final stage of the race. When sworn in, she would be the first African and the first female to attain the position of DG of coveted WTO. She was supported by countries in Africa, Austrialia, Caribbean, China, European Union and Japan.

However, the United States has thrown its support for South Korea’s Yoo Myung-Hee as the next head of World Trade Organisation (WTO). The Office of the US Trade Representative, in a statement, on  Wednesday, said WTO must be led by someone with real, hands-on experience in the field and Minister Yoo has distinguished herself during a 25-year career as a successful trade negotiator. “The United States supports the selection of Korean Trade Minister Yoo Myung-hee as the next WTO Director-General.  Minister Yoo is a bona fide trade expert who has distinguished herself during a 25-year career as a successful trade negotiator and trade policymaker.  She has all the skills necessary to be an effective leader of the organisation. “This is a very difficult time for the WTO and international trade. There have been no multilateral tariff negotiations in 25 years, the dispute settlement system has gotten out of control, and too few members fulfil basic transparency obligations.  The WTO is badly in need of major reform.  It must be led by someone with real, hands-on experience in the field,” the statement read.

The fact remains that America is afraid of China soaring dominance! Is America more than the other 163 members? The other member nations have spoken in a clear terms who they wanted having considered their profiles. Traditionally, the WTO chooses its director general by consensus, with all 164 members having to approve a candidate. The US has been unhappy with the way the WTO has operated for some time now, vehemently objecting to China’s designation as a developing country and blocking the appointment of new judges to the organisation’s appeals body.

David Walker, the Chair of the General Council, said “She clearly carried the largest support by Members in the final round and she clearly enjoyed broad support from Members from all levels of development and all geographic regions and has done so throughout the process.” Now how can US unilaterally stall what 163 members supported?

“It is not hard to see that the US action fits Trump’s ideology of favouring bilateral trade deals over the multi-lateral system embodied by the WTO,” Meenal Shrivastava,  a professor of political economy at the University of Athabasca in Canada, said.

A WTO spokesman said her candidacy would be put to a meeting of the body’s governing general council on 9 November, adding that there was likely to be “frenzied activity” in the meantime to secure consensus. More so, the outcome of the US election where VP Joe Biden is expected to win will bring a twist to the brouhaha.

A spokesperson for Okonjo-Iweala said: “Dr Ngozi is immensely humbled to receive the backing of the WTO’s selection committee today.  “Dr Ngozi looks forward to the general council on 9 November when the committee will recommend her appointment as director-general. A swift conclusion to the process will allow members to begin work together, on the urgent challenges and priorities.”

WTO: DR NGOZI OKONJO IWEALA WILL BE SWORN IN LIKE DR AKINWUMI ADESINA

The WTO is run by its member governments. All major decisions are made by the membership as a whole,” the WTO website reads. “In this respect, the WTO is different from some other international organizations such as the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

The United States under Donald Trump showed open dislike for Nigeria during the re-election bid of Nigerian Dr Akinwumi Adesina of African Development Bank but made it despite American refusal to support his candidacy.

The World Trade Organization’s effort to name a new leader hit a seemingly rock when Trump administration said it won’t back the appointment of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to be the WTO’s next director-general despite wide support for Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria’s candidate for the director-general of the WTO, the US has expressed its opposition to her emergence.

Dr Okonjo-Iweala emerged winner of the race with support from 104 of all 164 member countries of the WTO. Those countries include many in Africa and the European Union, where she had received public support. Despite being an American citizen, sources say the US does not consider Okonjo-Iweala as being committed enough to the interests of the world power at the flagship trade body.

Bloomberg had initially reported that the US was leaning towards Yoo Myung-hee, the South Korean candidate. Bryce Baschuk, Bloomberg’s WTO reporter, also tweeted on Wednesday that the US is opposed to Okonjo-Iweala’s emergence and the road forward remains “unclear”.

The heads of delegation of the WTO met yesterday by 3pm but yet to made known the outcome of their meeting. Unlike the World Bank where the US has a larger voting power than other countries, the WTO is run differently, by the consensus of every member country. America is not greater than the 164 countries that have voted.

“Where consensus is not possible, the WTO agreement allows for voting — a vote being won with a majority of the votes cast and on the basis of ‘one country, one vote’.”

10 Top Secrets To Boost Your Facebook Reach

It's not a news that Facebook have 2.7 Billion active users monthly worldwide. Same Facebook owns Instagram and WhatsApp. Hardly will anyone do without any of these 3 Social Media including your friends, family and customers - including potential ones.

Here are top secrets to maximize your Facebook profile and pages for business growth:

1. Unfriend all your inactive friends! Why having 5000 friends with just 30 likes maximum to most of your posts? Facebook's organic reach algorithm favors those who get more engagement from their friends and followers. If you’re very serious, I would say unfriend inactive friends to create space for potentiial clients as friends.

2.  Join Active Facebook groups related to your niche or business. Join in building it from scratch or be very active in an existing one with not just likes but encouraging comments and don't be selfish with only your so called business adverts.

3.  Whenever you want to post or advertise your business, post a high-quality epic content in your targeted groups. One good post in the group could bring you a lot of attention🔥. Add those who like and comment on your post. You’ll also get many friend requests from this strategy alone.

4.  ❌Don’t send so many friend requests, 20-40 will be good per day. When requesting, ensure you target your potential customers or people in the same business with you that you can gain from.

5.  Always go to your newsfeed and engage for 15-20 minutes a day on all the posts you see. React with heart❤️️ /care/haha😂 or wow😯 not likes👍. Give a meaningful comment not just “super” or “awesome”. If you appreciate others, you will get same back. Celebrate your customers wherever they are celebrating anything.

6.  Post your content on your profile. If you want to use bold, italics, and more crazy looking fonts on our post, do it to be attractive.

7.  After posting your content, go back to your newsfeed and press refresh button so that you can see some new posts.

8. As business oriented person, send a personal message to all your new friends. E.g “Hey (name) great to be connecting here. How’re things with you, in your world?” etc. Most of them will reply and try to reply to them too. This alone will increase your post reach to the next level. But don’t try to sell them anything immediately.

9.  At this Growing stage, you should be having many people commenting on your posts. Always reply to all the comments.

10. Don’t post more than 2 posts per day on your profile. Engagement actually decreases when you post too often.

I will rap up with this advice. Always post high-quality content. Engage your audience with humor, inspirational and educational content. Don't be too desperate with business post always.

If you implement the strategies these strategies, you’ll be well on your way to improving your organic reach.

To your success!
