The nationwide #EndSARS protest which has lasted for a week in Nigeria has now assumed a more bloody dimension as some cutlass-wielding young men of the core northern extraction have reportedly confronted the #EndSARS protesters on peaceful protest at the popular Berger Junction, in Abuja.
Similar incidence occurred at Alausa in Lagos, where government owned BRT was loaded with thugs that pounced on peaceful #EndSARS protesters with cudgel. In some places in Lagos, guns were used just to disperse armless Nigerians from exercising their fundamental human rights against actions of a Notorious SARS.
It's unfortunate that this is happening in Nigeria democracy to peaceful protesters. It's advised that you don't push people to the wall to avoid the worst. This video shows how peaceful Nigerians can be before being pushed to the wall.
